【摘要】:Thisstandardisapplicabletoinline-skatesintendedforuserswithabodymassofmorethan20kgandlessthan100kg.Itspecifiessafetyrequirementsforinline-skates,specificationsfortestmethods,markingandinformationsuppliedbythemanufacturertoreducetheriskofinjuriestoboththirdpartiesandtheuserduringtheirnormaluse.Inline-skatesforusebyarideroflessthan20kgdonotbelongtothescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.Theyaretoys.ThisStandarddoesnotapplytorollerskatesaccordingtoEN13899.NOTERequirementsforinline-skatesfromtheorthopedicpointofviewsuchaslateralsupportorsimilarwerenotincludedinthisstandardbecausetheserequirementsdifferfromwearerandthereforecannotbecoveredbyastandard.
