【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsforusingacombinationofappropriateinsitu,Non-DestructiveExamination(NDE)techniques[e.g.visualexamination,AcousticemissionTesting(AT)andUltrasonicExamination(UE)]whenperiodicallyinspectingandtestingtubesofseamlesssteelconstructionandwatercapacitybetween150Land3000L,usedforcompressedgasesforafurtherperiodofservice.ThisBritishStandardisapplicableonlytotubesinstalledinlocationswhereattemptinganyremovalfromtheircontainingsuperstructurewouldbehazardousorimpossible(e.g.offshoreoilinstallations),orwherethedowntimerequiredtoremovethetubewouldhindersafeoperationofaplantorservice(e.g.powergeneration,hospitals,advancedresearchapplicationsandmarineinstallationssuchasheavecompensationsystemsonsemi-submersibledrillingrigs).Indicationofanyanomalyinthetube(s)undertestthatarerevealedatthetimeofinsituinspectionhavetobeevaluatedusingadifferenttechniquetobeabletoquantify(locationandfrequency)andsizeanypossibleimperfection.
