【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoshakerpre-dryers,beltdryers,rotarydryers,nestpastadryers,longpastadryersandcoolers(seeclause3),usedincontinuouspastaprocessingplantsabletoproducemorethan100kg/h.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforthedesign,manufactureandinformationforuseforthemachinesmentionedabove,knownbythenamesofdryersandcoolers,classifiedasstationaryunitswhichcannotbemovedwheninoperation.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletostaticorsemiautomaticdryersandcoolersrequiringmanualloadingaswellasthoseforspecialapplication(i.e.experimentaldryers).Dryersinapastaplantaremachinesusedtoreducemoisturebymeansofwarmairventilation.Inthedryingprocesstheuseofacoolermightbenecessaryinordertoreducethetemperature,maintainingthecorrectandconstantmoistureofthepasta.Thecoolingcanbeobtainedinthedryerorinaseparatesimilarmachine.Thesignificanthazardscoveredbythisstandardarelistedinclause4.Thesehazards,aswellasthemeasuresfortheirreduction,aredescribedinthepresentEuropeanStandardAncillaryequipment,whichisnotanintegralpartofthemachinery(e.g.hoppers,conveyors,equipmentsusedtoproducehotorcoldfluids,etc)isnotcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandard.
